Prep for Tackle - 3rd & 4th Grade - $160
Tackle - 5th & 6th Grade - $160
*Divisions will be decided based on player enrollment

SCHEDULE

Tackle & Prep for Tackle
Practice will be 2-3x per week. Typically Monday, Wednesday, & Thursdays 
*Also, depends on Coach's availability
Games will be on Saturday
Flag
Practice and games will be held on Sundays. Practice will be held an hour before gametime.

PROVIDED EQUIPMENT

For the Tackle & Prep for Tackle Homestead Football League - a jersey, helmet, shoulder pads, and mouthpieces will be provided. For Flag, jerseys and flags will be provided.

*** White football pants will need to be purchased by the player ***
*** For Tackle & Prep for Tackle equipment will be handed out by team August 5th and 7th ***

EVALUATIONS

Prep for Tackle and Tackle only.  Our flag players do not need to attend.

Our evaluation dates for Homestead Youth Football League are spent collecting player metrics and observing skills so that we can "score" a player. We do this to establish a baseline score when drafting each teams for the league. Our goal is to make all teams competitive with a focus on development. Player evaluations & Weigh-Ins will be:

July 16th from 5:30 - 8:30PM (PFT 5:30-7 and Tackle 7-8:30)
July 19th from 1 - 4PM (PFT 1-2:30 and Tackle 2:30-4)

Please check in at Door 1 upon arrival.  After check in, players will move to the practice turf field for evaluations.  We plan to have 5 stations for evaluations that they will rotate through.  Once they have completed each station they are free to go.  Your player only needs to attend ONE of these days.



SPECIAL NOTES

-Safety is our #1 Priority
-We are in need of volunteers - coaches, concessions, chain gang, etc.
-Coaches will be required to attend a Coach's Clinic prior to being able to coach.
-Coach's Clinic will be held on July 14th and July 21st. Both clinics will begin at 6 PM in the Citadel.
-Please ensure that your child always has plenty of water.
-Please clean up after yourself. Help us keep our facilities clean.
